Receive a rebate card from your Milgard dealer and mail a completed rebate card to Milgard within 60 days of purchase.

Milgard will validate your claim and send an American Express Prepaid Rebate Card² for your qualifying purchase, within 6-8 weeks of receipt of the rebate card.

Offer limited to homeowners only and rebate rights cannot be transferred.
